The Monarch House
Tucked inside Mt. Auburn's 131-year-old Flatiron Building on Sycamore Street, The Monarch House is a brand new all-day coffee shop and wine bar born out of a deeply personal story. Owner Heather Barrow founded it in honor of her daughter Mya, and a portion of proceeds from their signature Monarch Mocha go directly to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
The space transforms with your day, starting with espresso and pour-overs in the morning, shifting to craft cocktails and natural wine in the evening, with an outdoor patio overlooking Mt. Auburn to enjoy in between.

🍌 Don't skip: The Banana Bread Latte! All the cold foams and syrups at Monarch House are made in-house, and this one is a standout. Cozy, creative, and exactly the kind of drink you'd expect from a place that puts this much care into everything.
