Located in the Volkshaus building on McMicken in Over the Rhine, Radical Bean Cooperative is Cincinnati's only worker owned coffee shop, where the baristas literally own the business. Every worker has a vote, every decision is made democratically, and the whole operation is built around the idea that a coffee shop should genuinely serve its community first.

Drip coffee is $2 because that's what makes sense for the neighborhood. Housemade syrups, rotating seasonal menus, and a welcoming atmosphere round out a spot that takes both its coffee and its values seriously.
